Who We’re Looking For
We seek Committed Individuals who embody professionalism and vigilance. Ideal candidates must have:

At least one year of experience as an armed or unarmed security guard (preferred).

A valid Pennsylvania security guard license (or willingness and eligibility to obtain one promptly).

Strong observation, communication, and customer-service skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

A clean background and commitment to integrity.

Firearm training and certification is a plus (but not required for unarmed positions).

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly valued.
What You’ll Do as a Security Guard

Conduct patrols and monitor premises for suspicious activity.

Provide a visible, professional security presence to deter crime and ensure safety.

Control access points, verify visitors, and manage entry/exit.

Respond to incidents, de-escalate situations, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.

Protect people, property, and assets at schools, businesses, events, construction sites, residential complexes, and more.
