Who We’re Looking For

At least one year of experience as an armed or unarmed security guard.
A valid Pennsylvania security guard license (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
A professional demeanor and commitment to integrity.
Firearm training is a plus but not required.
Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is also a plus.
What You’ll Do
